PlanWell Enterprise provides a safe and secure way to organize, store and manage your project documents digitally, regardless of their original media. By assigning a simple and secure password and a set of user-defined access rules, your document collection can also be posted to the Web as a searchable project planroom.

You'll manage your document collection more efficiently with quicker access to files, accurate and up-to-date revisions, and easier distribution of documents and plan sets. In addition, you'll avoid the potential loss of time and data that accompany the in-house development of digital document management systems, and you'll never have to worry about file compatibility or technical obsolescence.

How Does PlanWell Work?

With advanced large-format scanning and digital file format conversions, PlanWell transforms any project document into a non-alterable digital image.

Documents are then stored on secure and redundant hard drives as a comprehensively indexed collection of plans and specifications, capable of incorporating revisions and addenda accurately, and in real time.

Whether Web access is part of your project management system or not, your files will be available whenever and wherever you need them via customized distribution lists, scheduling and delivery methods. Documents can also be sent as email attachments, transferred using an FTP site, or posted to a corporate intranet.

For intensive real-time document management—such as during the bidding process—your document collection can become a Web-based planroom available on the internet from anywhere in the world.
