Calgary, AB, November 6, 2023 – Fix Network Canada is proud to welcome ProColor Collision Calgary 32nd Ave NE, a family-owned and operated collision repair facility, to its network of state-of-the-art ProColor Collision facilities around the country.
Beginning in a modest 3,600 square-foot shop eight years ago, this locally owned business has now expanded to a state-of-the-art facility spanning 15,000 square feet, equipped with the latest industry technology.
The foundation of ProColor Collision Calgary 32nd Ave NE has always been rooted in family values. Richard and Amber Chiddle, the passionate owners of ProColor Collision Calgary 32nd Ave NE, embarked on their journey with a vision to provide top-quality collision repair services to their local area.
“With hard work and determination, we managed to grow our business and establish ourselves as a reliable and quality shop within our community,” shared Richard Chiddle.
The addition of Richard’s brother, Steve and his wife, Lisa, contributed to the shop’s continued success. Over the years, they nurtured their business relationships and built a stellar reputation, resulting in a remarkable quadrupling of sales.
In 2018, the Chiddle family expanded their operations by adding two more shops. While they continued to grow, they also recognized the importance of consolidating their efforts and expertise. As a result, they made the strategic decision to bring all their focus and family under one roof at their NE location.
Richard Chiddle’s journey into the collision industry was driven by a lifelong passion for cars. “I have always had an interest in cars from a very young age. I became a licensed technician at 20 and worked my way to becoming a Service Manager and finally a Fixed Operations Manager by the age of 27. I enjoyed the financial side of business, and I wanted to grow my own business and build a future for my family,” he explained.
ProColor Collision stands out in the industry for its dedication to growth, customer service, and quality. “Having a dedicated corporate team to help with growth, marketing, and training will help us grow as a company,” he added.
As a family-run business, ProColor Collision Calgary 32nd Ave NE prides itself on personal service and a genuine passion for its customers. “We are part of all day-to-day operations. We get to meet our customers firsthand and show our passion for customer service,” said Amber Chiddle.
This thriving collision repair center is also a certified repair facility for most OEM brands, including Toyota, Ford, Kia, Nissan, Honda, Acura, Hyundai, Genesis, and more. Their facility features two paint booths and the most advanced repair and calibration equipment, ensuring they can handle the most modern vehicles.
In addition to their dedication to excellence, ProColor Collision Calgary 32nd Ave NE holds various certifications and awards, further demonstrating their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Daryll O’Keefe, Senior Vice President of Fix Network Canada, said, “ProColor Collision Calgary 32nd Ave NE continues to set the standard for excellence in the collision repair industry, and we look forward to having them serve and represent the Calgary community for many more years to come.”
