ProColor Collision welcomes Sara Roos as new Business Development Specialist for Western United States

ProColor Collision announces the addition of Sara Roos as its new Business Development specialist for California and surrounding states.

ST. PAUL, MN, November 17, 2022 – ProColor Collision announces the addition of Sara Roos as its new Business Development specialist for California and surrounding states.

Roos joins ProColor Collision with more than 15 years of collision industry experience providing administrative, operational and sales expertise.

In this role, Roos will be responsible for securing new business for ProColor Collision while fostering existing relationships with the brand’s franchisees. In addition, she will be accountable for the development and coordination of partnership and networks that support the objectives of Fix Network as well as driving visibility and prominence of the organization.

“Sara will be an integral part of our development team for ProColor Collision,” Peter Polito, ProColor Collision’s general manager for Western United States, said. “Her extensive experience in virtually all aspects of collision repair operations including networking, marketing, sales, business development and strategic planning makes her an exceptional fit for this position. We are certain our new and existing clients will look forward to working with her to help grow their businesses.”

Roos’ passions include OEM certifications, ADAS, building Direct Repair Program (DRP) relationships and assisting auto body owners in growing their businesses.

“I am excited to develop ProColor Collision’s footprint in the United States using my knowledge, professional persistence, creativity, and network,” Roos said. “My goal is to establish a solid foundation in the US for ProColor Collision and NOVUS Glass and to ensure continued and sustainable success for our network.”

Roos is based in Southern California.
